How Evil AI handles website, inquiry, and assessment information.
Information we collect
When you request an assessment, we collect the contact, company, system context, and timing information shown in the form. Please do not submit credentials, production secrets, regulated records, or unnecessary personal data.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website usage, traffic sources, page navigation, and selected product interactions. Analytics loads when the site loads so we can measure visits consistently. Google advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization are disabled by default, and we do not intentionally send names, email addresses, prompts, credentials, secrets, or other personally identifiable or sensitive assessment content to Google Analytics.
Analytics page-view URLs exclude query strings. Custom product events are limited to an explicit allowlist and common PII-like parameter names are filtered before transmission.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information to evaluate fit, respond to your request, prepare scope and pricing, prevent abuse, and maintain appropriate business records. We use aggregate analytics to improve the site, understand acquisition, and evaluate product usage.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell inquiry data. We may use service providers, including website hosting, analytics, storage, and communications providers, under appropriate contractual and security safeguards.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, legal obligations, and abuse prevention. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs. Submit a request through the assessment request form.
